Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Global Driver ("Service"), operated by The Global Driver ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theglobaldriver.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Purchases and licences

When you purchase a course you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that course for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your account credentials, redistribute the course content, or use it for any third-party training.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the listed currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Educational content disclaimer

Our courses are educational only and do not replace a driving licence, government-issued road code, or in-person professional instruction. See our Educational Disclaimer for the full terms applying to course content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the course content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, text, images, downloadable PDFs, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; refunds remain subject to the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or any harm sustained while driving. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service, course content, or these Terms. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
