Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your course. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how the process works.

1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course(measured by lessons marked complete). UK and EU customers retain all statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available after 14 days, or once 30% or more of the course has been completed, except where required by law.
  • Downloadable PDF resources are excluded from the cooling-off period once accessed, in line with the digital-content exception of the regulations above.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service are not eligible.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@theglobaldriver.com from the address on your account with:

  • The course name.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason (optional but appreciated).

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once your refund is processed, access to the course and its downloads will be revoked automatically.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing question, please contact us first — opening a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in your account being suspended pending review.
